v Any costs associated with having to have the system or other considered related areas cleaned up by others as a result of not being cleaned as specified will be the contractors responsibility if said contractor is either unwilling or unable to clean as required. Any payments for services performed will be suspended until such time that the system(s) is/are deemed compliant and cleaned as specified “to bare metal”.
v Documentable evidence in the form of legible color photographs of the entire Grease duct, Exhaust fans, plenums and hood canopies with grease filters removed must be provided with each service before any payments are rendered.
