Kitchen Exhaust system conditions after cleaning by National KEC company that knew it was getting inspected!

The kitchen exhaust inspector was at this location when the KEC cleaning crew arrived. They even called their superiors to let them know the inspector was still there and would be looking over the system when they were done. The inspector left the site and came back in the morning after the cleaning was completed. There were new dated certification stickers applied to the exhaust systems. The FM for this location had to verify that these were actually "after" pictures of the competed job. This same company is supposed to provide pictures of the "clean" system to the customer, but obviously would have had to take strategic pictures to avoid showing most of the ductwork in the pictures below.
