It is with heavy heart to inform everyone that Scott Luther, Director of Facilities Management for PF Changs and Pei Wei's passed on April 30th. Over 130 people attended the celebration of Scotts life last Friday, May 6th at the Coldwater Canyon Golf Course in Wisconsin Dells. It is what Scott would have wanted. Scott was one of the most knowledgable and competent people I have known in any field. His expertise, experience, and the way he did things the right way will be terribly missed throughout the industry. Most particularly by myself as he was not only one of my finest resources, but he was a good friend I could count on for almost any request for referrals or discussing the best way to accomplish tasks. We will also miss his limericks. Scott was with us far too short of a time. God bless all of Scott's family and friends throughout this trying time.
