F2 access doors have a ceramic gasket that meets the temperature requirement for NFPA96 but does NOT need the liquid tight (non leaking) requirement. They are not listed for grease ducts! The listing is for other style ductwork. We recommend only using the doors UL listed for grease ducts. Ductmate Ultimate Access plates, Flamegard UL listed access plate, and the Omni Duct Armor Access plate. Some advertisements incorrectly list these cheap F2 doors as grease duct access plates. Do not buy into their statements. See the attached pictures for the truth.
